The engine at the site you have listed is a bare engine; you're going to need intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetors, alternator, and a lot of other items just to get it to the running stage. The transmission will also need to be bought and of course, you'll also need a frame for the 'buggy, front suspension, steering, brakes and a lot of other items as well. Been there, done that.
